Big news: this fall, we are opening a new branch on the Costa Blanca. This is a logical step after having guided many clients over the years in purchasing their dream home in Spain in this region. The goal of this step is to ensure that clients can always visit us in person. Both during the initial phase and, of course, after the sale. Our Costa Blanca branch will serve as an additional contact and service point. Our headquarters will remain located in the center of Valencia.
Expansion on the Costa Blanca
It is yet another milestone in the history of Dream Properties: a physical office on the Costa Blanca. The Costa Blanca is where we have been actively working as a buying agent every day since the beginning 12.5 years ago. We have also been collaborating with a local, professional construction team for years in building and renovating villas on the Costa Blanca. The new branch will also focus on this extensively. Opening the new branch will not change our operations much but will offer a lot more convenience to our clients. It will be an office where you can meet us and where you can get information in a relaxed setting about buying or building a house on the Costa Blanca, or elsewhere in Spain. And everything else that comes with it.

The new office is located in the middle of a beautiful area on the Costa Blanca North in the coastal town of Moraira, right on the road to Javea. The address: Carretera Moraira-Teulada, 174, 03724 Moraira, Alicante. It is on the main road just before you enter the village. We found a beautiful office building here that will be renovated first. The office is perfectly accessible by car and for our visitors we offer plenty of parking spaces in front of the door.

Official opening of new office
During the summer, our construction team will first renovate and prepare the office for use , aiming to open our doors on October 1, 2024. From that moment on, you are welcome to join us for a cup of coffee and an introduction or to gather information. Of course, there will also be an official opening event.
