When someone wants to view your house, we usually let you know at least 24 hours in advance. Are you still living in the house in Spain? Make sure the house is tidy, in good condition and accessible.

After the viewing, you will be contacted to let you know how it went.

Step 4: Negotiations

Is the viewer interested in your home? Then this person will receive all the information about the purchase process. We will contact you to negotiate the purchase price of the house.
