Our wish was to own a villa in Spain. But where?
We came into contact with Erwin through someone else. This resulted in a conversation at their stand during a trade fair. After a visit to the office in Valencia in June 2019, we received a confirmation of good faith. Erwin knows the market and really has the connections in his network in many areas. Using a list of requirements and wishes, he set to work to select possible villas.
In February 2020 we found our dream home on a viewing. The reference to a Dutch lawyer who is aware of Spanish laws and regulations was of course absolutely great! Originally we were going to sign for the transfer at the end of March, but due to Coronavirus issues, that was at the beginning of July. This does indicate that the entire process can be arranged in 6 weeks. It is very nice that there is an after-sales service with regard to all kinds of practical problems in the field of maintenance villa, swimming pool, garden, key service, odd jobs, renovations, etc. etc..
