After phase 1 (and part of phase 2) of this new-build resort sold out quickly and was delivered, fortunately, there is now a phase 3!
This resort is located near the town of Gandia with all amenities such as schools, shopping centers, sports facilities, and medical services, as well as kilometers of sandy beaches. The resort is 70 km south of Valencia and its airport.

The resort is accessible for people with disabilities due to the presence of elevators and paved footpaths. Phase 3 completion is expected by the end of 2025, and sales have already begun.
Update as of May 1, 2024: In phase 3, there are still 2 and 3 bedroom apartments available, all located in block 15 of the complex. Prices for 2 bedrooms starting from 197,000 and 3 bedrooms starting from 340,000 euros (excluding closing costs).
